It all started with a bad day at the office.........

True North was started in 1994 by Kelly Wayne (pictured right) after quitting from a draftsman position at a Vancouver glazing contractor due to a less than enjoyable work environment. After quitting on the spot, Kelly realized that people wanted to be treated fairly, honestly and with integrity. It was with that in mind that True North Design Group was launched. These beliefs are still the foundation for True North today. True North is built on solid relationships with solid people.
